bDASHd Events is a Los Angeles based event styling studio.  With extensive attention to detail, we provide a wide range of services from day-of event facilitation, to designing, styling, and fully executing thematic events. We take pride in our vast scope of event planning and designing experiences from Celebrity Galas to Corporate events, intimate dinner parties and celebrations to expos and gifting suites, and both traditional and non-traditional creatively executed celebrations. We specialize in customized and thematic dessert tables and decor for a plethora of events. We stand firm on the concept that any successful event is a process that must first begin with a dream that is created into a vision, written into a detailed plan, and then followed through with perfect execution.  At bDASHd events we strive to perfectly implement that process, allowing for a seemingly flawless event enjoyed by all who attend.

Full Event Planning & Design

Designed to guide the host through the entire planning process from beginning to end; locate, design, style, set up, facilitate, organize and manage every detail.

  • In-person consultation with non-refundable 50% deposit to secure event (applied to total) 
  • Conceptualize and design:  theme and color scheme for event
  • Assistance: referrals to vendor selections & contract negotiations for vendors including, but not limited to, Florist, Rentals, Invitations, Photographer, Cake, Entertainment, Catering, Photo Booth, etc.      
  • Attendance:  in-person vendor meetings and planning sessions as required for design elements & details  
  • Design and styling: floor plan, decor, set-up, dessert table, rental selections, cake, Invitations, florist, Photo Booth, etc.       
  • Support: Unlimited phone & email consultations
  • Advancements: Venue walk-throughs, final detail meeting, event day timeline, itineraries, etc.
  • Confirmations: Connect and finalize details with all vendors one week prior to event
  • Customized bDASHd Signature designed dessert* table and/or candy* bar fully catered according to theme
  • Day of Coordination: Manage on site production during set-up (up to 8 hrs.)O
  • Create: Guest table styling, centerpieces, and place settings
  • Rentals: Cake plates/stands, glassware, platters, embellishments, labels, linens, backdrops**, pip/drape, candy jars *** and props included as rentals.
  • Branding: Exclusive graphic branding such as dessert labels, banners, signage, etc.     
  • Facilitation: Manage day of production set-up and breakdown

Partial Event Planning and Design

Designed for the DIY host that has selected a venue and contracted with all major vendors, but needs help with finalizing details, design, styling, facilitation and coordination.

  • In-person consultation with non-refundable 50% deposit to secure event (applied to total) 
  • Attendance:  In-person vendor meeting and planning session as required for design elements & details
  • Design and styling: floor plan, decor, set-up, dessert table, rental selections, cake, florist, Photo Booth, etc.       
  • Support: Unlimited phone & email consultations
  • Venue walk-through with coordinator, final details meeting, event day timeline
  • Confirmations: connect with all vendors one week prior to event
  • Customized bDASHd Signature designed dessert* table and/or candy* bar fully catered according to theme

Day of Coordination

Designed to have a planner at your side executing all of the details of your event so that you can enjoy your day.

  • In-person consultation with a non-refundable 50% deposit secure event (applied to total)   
  • Attendance:  In-person venue meeting to review final details, walk-through, event timeline, vendor list
  • Create: Compose a detailed schedule time-line for the day
  • Review: Gather all vendor contracts and confirm details one week prior to event
  • Support: Unlimited email and phone support
  • Facilitation: Management of on-site production during set-up, break down, and duration of event (up to 8 hrs.)

Custom Photo Booth, Dessert Table, and Guest Tables Design &Set-Up

  • In-person consultation with non-refundable 50% deposit to book the event (applied to total)     
  • Conceptualize and design: theme exploration and color scheme for event
  • Customize: Photo booth design, styling, and prop selection
  • Create: Guest table styling, centerpieces, and place settings
  • Cater: Provide dessert* assortments and/or incorporate candy* bar according to theme and/or color scheme
  • Rentals: Cake plates/stands, glassware, platters, embellishments, labels, linens, backdrops**, pip/drape, candy jars *** and props included as rentals.

  • Gifting: Favor bags and/or to-go boxes provided and designed, labeled according to theme
  • Facilitation: Manage day of production set-up and breakdown

Intimate Parties

Designed for the perfect “Pintrest” host that has the cultivated and collected ideas, but needs help with breathing life into the event by executing the concepts, styling details, and design. Created for smaller parties of up to 30 people.

  • Non-refundable 50% deposit to secure event (applied to total)   
  • In-person consultation review venue set-up, plans, design elements & details.
  • Design and styling: floor plan, decor, set-up, rental selections, cake design, floral concepts, décor, dessert table, guest tables, centerpiece, Photo Booth ,etc.
  • Support: Unlimited phone & email support for advice and expertise
  • Customized bDASHd signature designed dessert* and candy* table fully catered according to theme (platters, embellishments, labels, favor bags)
  • Rentals: Cake plates/stands, glassware, platters, embellishments, labels, linens, backdrops**, pip/drape, candy jars, and props included as rentals.
  • Branding: Exclusive graphic branding such as candy labels, banners, signage, etc.         
  • Facilitation: Manage day of production set-up and breakdown (includes up to 4 hrs. of set-up and coordination day of event)
